Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Service Development Officer (SDO) to join our team. 

The Service Development Officer (SDO) will play a crucial role in identifying opportunities for service improvement and innovation within our organization. This position requires a blend of strategic thinking, office management skills, and a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends in the international visa and e-service industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs in the international e-service and visa consultancy industry.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and operations to develop innovative service offerings that align with market demands and enhance our competitive position.

3. Lead the development and implementation of new service initiatives, from ideation to execution, ensuring timely delivery and effective resource allocation.

4. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success and impact of new service initiatives, and regularly report on progress to senior management.

5. Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements across service delivery channels, including digital platforms and customer support systems.

6. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, technology partners, and industry associations, to stay informed about regulatory changes and industry developments.

7. Provide training and support to internal teams on new service offerings and processes, ensuring a smooth transition and successful implementation.

8. Stay updated on relevant industry regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices to ensure our services adhere to legal and ethical standards.

9. Continuously monitor customer feedback and satisfaction levels, and leverage insights to refine existing services and develop new solutions that exceed client expectations.

1. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to promote our services and build brand awareness.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

2. Proven experience 5 years in service development, product management, or a related role, preferably in the e-service or visa consultancy industry.

3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.

4. Excellent project management skills with a track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and delivering projects on time and within budget.

5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.

6. Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for driving innovation and continuous improvement.

7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools; experience with CRM systems and data analytics platforms is a plus.

8. Fluency in multiple languages is desirable, especially if serving an international clientele.
