Code of Conduct for Employees of the Center for Bangladesh Digital Services

- Financial Responsibility:

with authorities to achieve the target of saving 20% of income funds for
building an employee-friendly organization and motivate colleagues to
contribute.

- Engage
in ongoing studies and research to enhance skills and contribute to
achieving organizational goals. Encourage colleagues to pursue continuous

- Respect for Authority:
- Always

and after employment, employees must refrain from establishing a business
that contravenes the organization's commercial policy without proper
