Code of Conduct for Employees of the Center for Bangladesh Digital Services

In commitment to upholding the values and standards of the organization, employees of the Center for Bangladesh Digital Services are expected to adhere to the following code of conduct:

    • While in charge, employees must strictly adhere to the organization's code of conduct and comply with state laws. Refrain from promoting or sharing any content online or through any medium that goes against the state or its institutions.
  1. Professional Conduct:
    • During service, employees should maintain self-discipline in the face of customer misbehavior and promote a respectful working environment by encouraging co-workers to do the same.
  1. Integrity and Fraud Prevention:
    • Employees must abstain from all forms of fraud, including financial fraud, whether within the workplace or outside, using the organization's name or ID card.
  1. Punctuality and Active Presence:
    • Adhere to punctuality, ensuring active presence during designated working hours. Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a cohesive work environment.
  1. Politeness and Customer Focus:
    • Address customers with utmost politeness, actively listen to their needs, and provide sincere customer service to foster positive relationships.
  1. Dedication to Service Excellence:
    • Dedicate efforts to enhance the organization's popularity through exemplary customer service, inspiring colleagues to do the same.
  1. Confidentiality:
    • Employees must refrain from disclosing any confidential information to unauthorized individuals, both during employment and after termination, and encourage colleagues to do the same.
  1. Building a Positive Work Environment:
    • Strive to create an employee-friendly organization by actively participating in initiatives aimed at achieving this goal and motivating colleagues to do the same.
  1. Financial Responsibility:
    • Collaborate with authorities to achieve the target of saving 20% of income funds for building an employee-friendly organization and motivate colleagues to contribute.

    • Engage in ongoing studies and research to enhance skills and contribute to achieving organizational goals. Encourage colleagues to pursue continuous improvement.
  1. Respect for Authority:
    • Always follow decisions made by authority figures and motivate colleagues to do the same.
