Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Senior Visa Processing Officer to join our team.

The Senior Visa Processing Officer will play a crucial role in identifying opportunities for service improvement and innovation within our organization. This position requires a blend of strategic thinking, office management skills, and a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends in the visa processing and international e-service industry. Specially required investment citizenship visa processing support to Resident/Non-Resident Bangladeshi citizens who are seeking investment citizenship visas.

Responsibilities:

  • A Visa Processing Officer is responsible for efficiently and accurately processing visa applications for individuals seeking entry into the specified countries (USA, Canada, Australia, Schengen Countries).

  • This role involves assessing visa eligibility, verifying documents, and ensuring compliance with immigration laws and regulations

  • The Visa Processing Officer also provides information and assistance to applicants, travel agencies, and relevant stakeholders.

  • Visa Application Processing: Review visa applications for completeness and accuracy. Verify the authenticity of supporting documents, including passports.

  • Evaluate applicants` eligibility based on the type of visa they are applying for (Tourist, Work, Study, Immigrant, Business, Investment etc.).

  • Ensure all application forms are correctly filled out, and fees are paid as required.

  • Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all visa applications.

  • Ensure the security and confidentiality of sensitive applicant information.

  • Customer Service: Provide information and guidance to visa applicants regarding the visa application process, requirements, and timeline

  • Policy Adherence: Stay updated on visa policies, immigration laws, and regulations for the specified countries.

  • Reporting and Compliance: Generate reports on visa application trends, approval rates, and any potential issues.

5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.

6. Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for driving innovation and continuous improvement.

7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools; experience with CRM systems and data analytics platforms is a plus.
